David O'Donoghue
Co-Director & Founder
David has been involved in the construction industry since the age of 18 when he joined his father’s
plant hire business as a plant operator which eventually progressed into tailoring for civil
engineering and various other aspects of ground works, he has over 20 years’ experience.
10 of which at the top level of construction in project managerial rolls working on some of London's iconic hotels and buildings such as Claridge's, The Berkeley, The Lalit and the Bodmin jail redevelopment amongst various other commercial and residential projects.
David is incredibly dedicated to his work
and relies on his 20 plus years of knowledge and vast network of contacts of both trades and
suppliers built up over time to ensure effective results.
Patrick O'Brien
Co-Director & Founder
Patrick has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years, from a young age he took an
interest in construction working with his grandfather learning the tough yet skilled trade of paving
and has applied his skills to some of London's iconic land marks like the Lalit Hotel at London bridge
as well as the renowned chateau la Coste hotel in France and the prestigious Elizabeth Quay in Perth
western Australia.
Patrick has been overseeing various projects in a supervisory and managerial roll for the past 6 years. Through hard work and dedication, he now stands company director and joint founder of Glenfield construction.
